Terms and Conditions

Before sending a request you need to know

1. LDS-AVIOLINK is not an airlines operator; LDS-AVIOLINK is an aviation broker and Airports & Airlines Marketing Consultancy which provides the possibility to purchase private business charter flights or commercial flights on behalf of customers (Business managers, Tour Operators, Incentive houses, Tourism Consortia, groups and Local Airports).

2. LDS-AVIOLINK purchases VIP jets and Commercial Aircrafts from various air operators under their own operating certificate "AOC", their own insurance, with their own Call Sign and operated under their own responsibility.

3. LDS-AVIOLINK responsibility is limited to its proper organization of the flight operations and the commercial relations with their customers.

4. LDS-AVIOLINK offers its services on reception of a Flight Request or a Charter Request fully filled and payment conditions included Brokerage Fee agreed in the offer, will be forwarded to the customer for acceptance.

5. For all others contract issues, such as, Transport, Passenger Rights, Arbitrage, Force Majeure conditions and also the Commercial Terms or any other related conditions uprising within the parties , the client, the Airline purchased and LDS-AVIOLINK will be subjected to Italian Law, International laws of the passenger air transport field, IATA rules and the Aviation Authority regulations of the country where the flight contracted shall operate as well as all other conditions of the air operator that will run the flight operations.
